Uhm, I play xbox with girls all the time and I don't see it any differently than playing with guys. Generally (in my experience) the guys who hate on girls online are also the people who claim hacks or mods whenever they lose. They're the bullies and "superior" players that think everyone is below them and will use any excuse to degrade other players. This video came to mind too btw
