I very rarely see women or girls being abused while playing online games. Most of the abuse i have seen is directed at 12 year olds with squeaky voices. I won't deny the possibility of women being abused in online games but I know for a fact it is at a far lesser rate than you seem to have suggested. The majority of abusive behavior in online gaming is due to the animosity, and the fact that there are rarely any real word repercussions against them. If you are truly experiencing online abuse at this rate my advice would be to either ignore them or report them as these are the only real options available to you.
