I wish I would have gotten the NM scout but I don't think I used scouts to much after HOW damn is it good?

Yeah dude, I am able to counter snipe people on pantheon with no damage reduction. 61 to the head at shotgun range: 61 to the head at sniper range. I think it's the hammer forged perk that allows for max range. Idk if hammer forged has been removed from the new House of Wolves scout rifles though.
