When I downloaded expansion packs for Forza, I got more tracks, and more cars. I wasn't told that my old cars would only be drivable on old tracks, and I would need to buy the new cars. Of course I want new stuff, but nothing is stopping me from trying to upgrade my old cars and have even more fun.
I believe Forza (in various iterations) is still a contemporary video game.

Interesting. You made a comment about dlc not meaning expansion, and how that doesn't relate to video games. I provided irrefutable evidence that you were mistaken. I'm sorry if you were unable to read properly. Besides, the actions you make in Forza (crashing into a particular driver, resulting in a history with that other driver - either good or bad), have more of an impact than the choices you can't make in Destiny. You're welcome.
