very close on the roll! feeding frenzy/outlaw is your reload speed perk. either will do the trick. Outlaw is a little faster, but only on precision kills. Feeding frenzy is any kill you get with the gun. Small-bore or Braced frame is the best for stability + range. Hand-laid is OK, but may be worth re-rolling if you are particular. Keep that reactive reload. Its better than head-seeker because every kill is potential bonus damage. kill, reload, kill, reload... you are going for the head shot anyway. pulse rifle loader gauntlets are going to be a help. Weapon Sights are the last thing you want to care about. Get some sticky sights and your money! hope this helped.
