Catholic and Pentecostal are both types of Christianity. The Apocrypha is simply a book of church doctrine and historical accounts if I'm not mistaken. Mormons follow non-canonical doctrine/prophet so they aren't a part of Christian orthodoxy, they're more a cult than anything (I mean that in the least offensive way possible). It's just that their Book of Mormon contradicts the bible whereas the Apocrypha simply plays off of an interpretation.

What are assuming about my church that leads you to believe it contradicts Christianity? As far as I can see, I haven't mentioned my church, but it's safe for me to assume that the doctrine's of Mormon theology are hypocritical because I've read them.

The Nicene Creed is the foundation of Christianity, something Mormons oppose openly.
