You'll find Sunbreaker familiar to yourself.
That Super seems like something I've seen before. Could it be psycho class' action skill?

1 RispondiThe Sunsinger subclass always reminded me of a siren from any of the Borderlands games, especially when Radiance is active you get flaming wings that are extremely reminiscent of a skill for either Maya, or Lilith. (One of them)
