Im not saying its not scrubfilled, its just harder. Especially if you come up against good teams. Skirmish is an easy way of boosting kd ratio. I can go 25-5 7 times out of 10. If you go into a skirmish game with decent fire team members, then you're most likely to go unbroken. Clash/control may be filled with whatever but Skirmish is just too easy.
