Normally I agree with your posts, however I'm not bothered that year one weapons won't be ascended. I'm so bored with all those weapons.
Im using a Rare auto rifle in crucible for crap sake lol.

You may be bored, but other players aren't. Or you could be like me and have a different set of weapons on each character to avoid burnout
