Once a month, have your developers be in the forums directly interacting with the community? Can you do that? I don't expect the immature CODLINGS and under aged and immature children to have the necessary required respect to represent the community when it comes to discussions the community would love to have. But the overall mature demographic within the community would benefit you and the game if at least once a month for a couple hours you directly interacted with community. Give it a shot. If it doesn't work out at least the effort was there but for the love of all creatures great and small please interact with the people who play your game.
