Two achievements unrewarded
So i believe i deserve the achievements packing heat and fully weaponized. I have a maxed patience and time and a max before update do gooder v, neither of which gave me the achievement that i deserve for having such. Is there any way to reconcile this?

Yes, when you are on the character who has the weapons log off that character. I believe the option is switch profiles not the change character. Then log back on and they should unlock.
