Absolutely not, and if you're saying so, you haven't used Hopscotch or yours has a shit roll. Maxed out stability with hand-laid stock or braced frame, get red dot OAS or OES, and the other 2 perks get something to deal with reloading. I run Outlaw and Reactive Reload. Absolutely tears through Messenger users. I've used the Messenger quite a bit. Usually go 22-12 in Rumble. First game I played with the hopscotch, went 22-2. 2-bursts are 90% of my kills, the other 10 percent are because of Sunsingers, Blade Dancers, and blinkers. Not to mention Third Eye is a completely useless perk and a waste of a perk slot on Messenger. You shouldn't be ADS at all times, only when going for a kill.
