Flood happened after Adam. Oddly enough, there are multiple stories from different civilizations accounting the great flood. I watch a documentary on Netflix.
But yes. People assume God's days are the same as ours.

I'm just gonna say (although I believe the Flood actually happened), those points don't mean that a worldwide flood is the only option for those. Especially #1... 6,000 years isn't enough time for fossils to form.
