Let me explain. They're not going to nerf a level when the level is reachable to all players, they'll nerf a gun to remove the cliques from destiny because the gun is a completely random drop which is extremely difficult to get. My point is: anyone can get to level 34 without too much difficulty, getting gjallarhorn is extremely rare. So you tell me how is having cliques based on extremely rare (completely random) drops better than having cliques based on easily achievable levels?
