Our actions and reactions can impress changes for the betterment of the game for us and everyone else. There's no reason why we can't all be happy. But if Bungie imposes such changes upon us, then clearly they are confirming that they don't personally care what we think and instead are going to do whatever it is they want, regardless. At which point, we find them guilty of being a business which treats the customer poorly, and like with any business we shun them for it.
