Please, give me examples of those companies that ban you permanently. Just cut to it--no fillers, nothing. It's called business. Banning people permanent for that is a, simply put, stupid move. Countless players would be banned for simple instances that only sparked out of momentary anger (i.e. losing in ToO). Not only would that not work in general, but it'd be extremely detrimental for a game like Destiny. The people that were banned could have spent hours on end getting their characters to where they did, and it's not far-fetched to believe that they'd be so agitated as to boycott any further Bungie products in general. As for DLC's and expansions, those people wouldn't be able to take their now banned accounts and play the added content. That idea would just hurt the pool for buyers available and, ultimately, profit. "Oh, but people should learn to control themselves and not say mean things." People should learn that being called a "camping ****sucker" or "lag-switching d-bag" is transient and funny, perhaps maybe even flattering (apparently you're doing that well). Grow up; life is full of insults, many of them being pretty easy to shrug off.
