Your right it can be. But the point of talking shit is to get under the person's skin. In most cases that makes them play bad. No I don't go around saying suck my balls or go to the kitchen but in game It's just bs that needs no reply. Now in real life that shit is not tolerated. If you don't give somebody (women) respect why expect it back just because you ate another person (man).
