Truth.
When I start gaming (any system but really bad about it on PC) my body goes into a near coma state where I can play for 34 hours and realize I didn't eat or drink or use the restroom the entire time.
After I realize it the stomach pains hit me haha

To me, that's a problem... Not healthy at all

I know this, I realized I could do this back in highschool. Good news is my turtlebeach headset is a little snug and if I wear it for more than 2 hours it starts to wear on my so my Xbox play is limited
