I just made a new Legendary Hand Cannon that I'm sure everyone would love to go after that could easily compete with Fatebringer. lol

No it couldn't the firefly is better then that plus you don't go about how you would get that hand cannon or damage stats the vendors couldn't sell it cause it has a burn it would have to drop from a raid so where at in which part of the new raid from what enemy and on hard or normal?

Those are details that are figured out after the fact, and not actually relevant to the matter at hand. The topic was whether or not there could be a Legendary Hand Cannon that was equal to or greater than Fatebringer, to which I responded by creating one that isn't difficult at all to do. You are only limited by your own creativity.
