This wouldn't have been the case if Bungie had put in enough play testing hours themselves to see that that Year 1 weapons probably will never have anything released better than what they were, otherwise it would borderline break the game. This is a part of the reason why a lot of us think this has been a year of Beta testing. Had they done enough testing themselves in the FIRST place, they would've known these guns should've been saved for a later date. They've put themselves in a shitty spot because of their own carelessness and ignorance.
