I feel you, I understand it's because Year 1 weapons are now considered OP, there is no status tradeoff, most of the perks are useful, and field scout gave you tons of ammo for a HMG! So what! the new guns lack the ability to compete with my Fatebringer, they designed the guns and engineered the Perks, they should've did better every DLC to make like minded guns. And if I want to Bring my still hard to get Fatebringer to year 10, while also bringing along my Supremacy and Queen Wrath armor from year 1, you f****** bet I will, it's my choice to do so!
