Shame you feel you need to have a save haven clan, but I understand why.
In my PC MMO days we had females in the guilds/clans etc, some were shy to begin with but once they realised we just played for fun they soon came out of their shells and played big parts in the guilds/clans.
Just saying gender shouldn't matter.
