That's because it's scientifically proven that the genders have different brains. It's natural for guys to be like thst and to shrug things off more, we're more logical and animalistic. Women react more emotionally because they react to threats with tend and befriend, not fight or flight. It would be ideal that everyone blows it off but the argument is that they shouldn't have to. There's a deeper social problem that's prominent in males way more than females.
