For those that didn't know - Field Scout used to be one of the most wanted perk because it extended the maximum ammo capacity... This is most useful for Mainly Snipers and Machine Guns and can still be obtained only by playing Level 26 Vanguard strikes and getting a legendary engram and getting lucky from there (Very small chance) Please feel welcome to share any thoughts on this whole idea and give your opinion on why or why not bungie should bring it back at TTK! My personal opinion is 100% to bring it back... It's not an OP perk like Final Round was but it just was extremely useful in PVP and PVE and what some people don't understand is it does nothing to the performance of the weapon like some of the older perks did drastically.
