That's pretty -blam!-en sick, holy shit. I've been trying to think of an exotic cloak for the stranger and this would have been the perfect perk, mainly cause I was trying to think of something time related. This does fit a ghost theme better though. Anyways, I'd use this cloak and love it tenderly.
