Exotic Hunter special weapon
Looks like a pair of crackling gloves when they are equipped. When fired, they shoot upwards at a 45° angle up for awhile then strait down
Exotic perk: does arc damage, enemies hit cannot move while in the bolt.

I'm trying to imagine the way you would target an enemy. Would you lock into an area then fire? Or is there some kind of homing to it? Also I see an issue with it being indoors since it fires upwards. Other then that, it seems like the hunters stole another warlock skill. (Lol referring to blink)
