My post focuses on Hawkmoon because it's the gun I want. The fact that exotics have weighted RNG based on a complex algorithm is obvious if you play among friends and affects everyone for all weapons. I through out some numbers and find it extremely hard to believe that I haven't had one hawkmoon yet, or that I get multiple Gjallarhorns in a row (4 in two weeks)... the odds are astronomical if the RNG isn't weighted.
