Dregs Promise no damage?
Has anyone else tried to use the Dregs Promise in crucible and noticed that it doesn't do any damage occasionally? It will give me a hit marker and then nothing appears to happen to the enemies health bar. It may be my aim but like I said it would give me a hit marker. I'm not sure if this is a bug/glitch, could someone help?

Yeah slow bullet travel time , same problem I just use it in PVE now it not a bad gun you just have to get use to it. When you start hitting crits with one or two burst and taking captains out then try it in PVP
