As nice as that sounds. I feel that it's a bit lack luster, especially for a weapon with such a bad ass name. How about you give it a large magazine size, make it a high impact weapon and add a perk where kills drastically increase hip fire fire rate. That would be the "chaos" behind the weapon. It's up to you but I just think it needs something else.
