Alienating newer players who aren't lucky with RNG from basic experiences like raids or even nightfalls? NO. Gally will always be an undeniable exotic, for both its looks and function. Sadly, it's been overused as an excuse to divide the community AND to devolve unique and challenging challenges, into "JUST MELT HIM". Any self respecting person who plays a game, not to just beat it, but beat it AND have fun, would welcome a challenge instead of taking the easy way out.
