As awesome as an exotic strangers rifle sounds, I'm not that big of a fan of the exotic perk. My reasoning is that it's too restrictive to pve. I'd say it should get a ability that relates to the stranger, something involving time. Exotic perk:Pendulum- Kills speed up the fire rate of this weapon. Chance to reverse the effect of death if you trade a kill with this weapon. Probably an op perk but I thought I'd be interesting.
