Well, what if, when you are leveled high enough, he sold older legendary weapons no longer sold in the game, stuff that the Vanguard and Crucible Quartermasters no longer sell? Just like with the common weapons, these would be on a timer rotation. If Bungie felt it necessary (which it probably would be), the perks associated with them would be randomized each time. You could buy these with vanguard or crucible marks, depending on where the weapon could originally be earned. What do you guys think?
