Because Bungie does not want that. Bungie said you will play the game this way.
I am just saying what Bungie has already put out in updates and twitter and fb.
I am not the asshole bungie is. Which is why you should stop playing. By continuing to play you are showing them what they are doing is ok.
I am fine being an asshole. Only difference is I know am.

The moment I no longer enjoy this game, I will quit. I can enjoy something and still want to make changes. You are the asshole here. You can't say what you've said and then try to lay the blame at the feet of Bungie. You comment as if your gaming situation is the same situation all players are in, which is factually incorrect. Blaming Bungie for designing their game a certain way has nothing to do with you believing players should just keep grinding content they're having a hard time finishing, which is where my idea comes into play. But please know, I have no illusions this idea will ever even be commented on by Bungie let alone seriously considered by them. That doesn't mean I can't continue talking about it and seeing what others think.
