Yes, but there was fine print...I pre-ordered (put the $5 down @ Gamestop just to get shader) and didn't check the fine print first. The day I pre-ordered was on the 22nd, but when I inquired about it to the Gamestop during lunch the next day, they were quick to point out that the promo had expired two days earlier. I am still salty to this day. Moral of the story: read everything before paying for it.
