How many grimoire points are all the dead ghost? It says I have 76/77 with 540/540 grimoire points on ghosthunter.net. Why does it says I'm missing 1 dead ghost when all of them are mark green saying I have them all?

Have you picked up the one in the back of the Tower when the Iron Banner is active? Next time it happens, make sure you have that one. It seems to be the most commonly missed one

I don't know why destinyghosthunter.net says you're at 76/77 ghosts. You received all the grimoire according to destinytracker.com, which is what I consider to be the most accurate grimoire website. You have picked up all the ghosts. On another note, have you ever considered creating a hunter?

As a heads up, there is a glitch at the moment with Bungie.net and 3rd party sites. For some reason the ghost: reef 3 is not being recognized. Siffow is aware of the issue and is investigating.
