It's not like you can't use a PvE gun in Crucible or vice versa. No one cares about what's OP in PvE except Bungie apparently. In PvP, with flared magwell, 97 impact and 70 range as well as the damage boost perks you can shoot, hide and reload and you can ONE SHOT people across the map with bullets and keep reloading and repeating. It has TRIPLE the impact of an Efrideet's Spear and MORE RANGE than any sniper. Half of your bullets will kill with one hit because half the time, luck in the chamber and final round will be on the same bullet and stability means nothing on such a low rate of fire weapon. "Does not 2 shot body shot" does not make any sense, as this gun is very capable of one shot body shotting someone and you can't just add a random negative perk into the weapon perk trees. In small game modes like elimination and skirmish, this weapon would be king.
