Missinf Exotic
Hi I was playing prison of elders for the first time and used my treasure key but did not get an exotic. My treasure key has gone.

The first open upon reset does not guarantee an exotic, but has a high chance to reward you with one. Since you did not receive one I would suggest obtaining another key and trying your luck opening another key chest. It is random just like every related reward drop. Good luck.
