Why should this be buffed?

Because currently it sucks balls

It does the 2nd most damage for Rockets.. 2nd only to Gjallarhorn but after this nerf Dragon Breath might be the best rocket.

In some cases db even does more damage than ghorn, but thats not the point. The reason everyone wants the ghorn for skolas and crota and such, is because its such and easy weapon. Point fire and forget. For db to do more damage than ghorn (and i suspect this will remain the same postnerf) will require a certain situation and the effort to pull something off. For starters, the lack of tracking. Also for bosses like crota, db is a sucky weapon, he will try to avoid the solar grenades, resulting in all sorts of weitd behavior (the same is true for a lot of big bosses). Db [i]can[/i] do more damage than ghorn, most of the time it doesnt. And most of the time the solar thingy causes more harm than good. A rocket like HoC probably outperforms it easily.
