That was just the weapon balancing patch notes, not everything that's coming with the 2.0 patch m8.

They've announced what is coming with TTK and have only stated they are leaving out a few weapon notes from the Tuning post. No indication they have anything else, unless I missed something, which in that case I would like a link please. :)
