Same here. I can see a nerf to BH, but something like swapping the low zoom scope for a mid or even a lower long range one. Maybe even a slower rate of fire. What they are doing will basically kill BH. It's just another sniper with a lesser version of Bad Juju's perk.

Still, 18 continuos sniper shots to the crit spot will surely make a dent on something. Apparently, infinite bullets is just too cheesy.

It is when its so easy to do and the weapon isn't even an exotic.

Maybe they will give that to an exotic sniper, but probably not.
