Honestly I've played since Day One, I haven't gotten a Gally yet and I probably never will. I've never really cared much until recently when it became the last Exotic I need for Heavy (Besides a Thunderlord), after the nerf though I'm not sure how much I am actually going to care about it now. However it could very well lead to the elitist people being even more stingy, or it could lead to other Rocket Launchers being on par with it. Depends on how deeply effected Wolf Pack rounds is. Luckily I have good friends who don't gate based on Gally's, so I've never had to worry about groups. Then again if I didn't have friends still playing Destiny, I probably wouldn't be either. So this just gives some people even more incentive to leave Destiny behind. I won't be one of them though. Bring on TTK!

Suprised to see that I'm not the only one without Gjally, while I haven't cared much for gjally, I began my serious search for it back in feburary. While I'm not particular happy for the nerf(kind of feeling like I got slapped in the face) I just wish Xûr would just sell it for people who have gone through the pain of extensive grinding without any reward, but I know there is probably too much opposition against this.

Yeah I wish it would get sold too, if only to level the playing field for everyone in the game, especially if it's going to be nerfed. It is a pretty big slap in the face to people who chased it forever and only recently just got it, and those still running after it. However I suppose this is an attempt to strike out at elitists, dethrone the Gally and make way for the TTK Heavy Weapons which probably -still- couldn't compete with the Gjallarhorn.
