Secret Round, Rodeo. and Counterbalance all have misleading tooltips. Secret Round says that upon missing a shot in a Pulse Rifle burst it will fire a fourth shot. Instead, Secret Round means that landing all three shots on a target costs only two rounds instead of three. Rodeo says that it reduces the severity of the weapon's recoil. Instead, Rodeo seems to only reduce recoil in any meaningful way after firing for a long duration; if it lowers recoil at all. Counterbalance says that it increases weapon stability. Instead, Counterbalance removes almost all sideways recoil, at the cost of increasing recoil. Bungie, please be honest with your tooltips. Much like secret perks on Exotic weapons, hiding what a perk or piece of gear does doesn't benefit anyone. It only hides it from most players and can give players that have heard of what's true an advantage.
