I find Bungie is just like Riot the makers of League of Legends, in that both of them don't have a balance team, at least a competent balance team. I'm going to assume that Bungie's team never takes into future accounts and focus on the here and now. They really should sit down and gather statistics first and see what options they could go down, do they nerf one weapon? or do they re-design some of the exotics and make them better? These are two of the possible routes they can take, but they don't. If they want to win people back for the TTK they need to actually sit the -blam!- down and bash heads together to find the true problem in the weapon tuning.
