Looks they made an overall reduction to time to kill with every weapon. Pvp should see a bigger mix of weapons and highly skilled players should be more dominant with the rest of the population on a more level playing field. As of now, if someone gets the drop on you you are probably screwed. With this update, you should have a better chance to recover with a reduced ttk. Slower ttk will make the game play more serious and less arcade style. Should be good. Gotta wait and find out
