I don't mind most of what they're doing, but the changes to Black Hammer (to a lesser extent) and Ice Breaker (I'm super pissed about this) are just unnecessary... I don't care about Gally (even though that's my go to exotic), but now what I would have considered swapping to (Ice Breaker) is getting a super nerf as well...
