Yea that pissed off, wth. It's perfect the way it is. You were only rewarded if you landed all three, so there was already a tough requirement, now they added another making it useless. If you only had 3 you could still take down a boss provided your aim was true...

Yeah thats what im saying plus its a unique ability to the weapon they legit ruined it and made it just like a regular legendary sniper or even worst. All i know is im not using it for pve or pvp now if it takes 3 rounds from the mag its not worth it.
