Are they at the post master? Also, was your inventory full at the time at receiving the rewards? If no to both of those questions, then it looks like it may have just rewarded you without rewards. A number of players have reported your issue unfortunately and the only solution is to play again on another character if you have one or wait till the weekly reset as there is no known fix or solution on the way that we know of.
