I had a team and all three of us stayed in close proximity with mics so we could coordinate when to pass the disease. We would wait till the last 10 seconds or so. I will warn you though the first time it took around 4 hours to get our teamwork on par and to then do it flawlessly. It took about 40 minutes per attempt.
