Scout Rifles received a buff in the Hot Fix on October 14th for a 6% base damage increase, 6-25% damage vs Combatants increase depending on impact tier, increased target acquisition (aim assist) and better recoil patterns. Hasn't exactly put them into the limelight for any good reasons.
