I finally got it from an Exotic Engram from Xur today. Supposedly it can take down Crota's shield when used, does it actually work?
What are some useful and creative ways you have used this helmet to your advantage?

That's only on normal but that's not to say it's something to be ignored! It brought down the Deatsinger to 1/4 health on hard no less. It most certainly can one-shot her on normal [spoiler]also you'll be one-shotting every major who dares to step in front of you 34 PoE and below. 35 and it stops one-shotting but it does leave them with maybe 1/4 health [/spoiler]
